Shipping

DHL Express:

If there is excess shipping charges from DHL Express, we will refund the difference to you. This is usually the case cause we increase the weight of each vinyl to cover for the weight of using thicker packing material used in packing vinyl. Usually there will be excess shipping when buying more than two 12" vinyl.

 

Canada:

At the moment, we do not ship to Canada via DHL Express due to Canadian customs issues we encountered recently. Only via registered airmail via Singapore Postal Service.

 

United States:

We do not offer registered airmail with tracking to United States since all packages from Singapore Post to USPS are not made trackable.
